GLEN BURNIE – Vision Technologies will install more than four million feet of copper and fiber optic telecommunication cabling in eight new buildings at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.  The company will hire an additional 60 technicians to accommodate the $5.3 million contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
