A lunchtime seminar last week by Capitol Communicator (a PR client of Chris O. Communications) described a passenger’s view of the airline. His guitar was broken during transport as checked luggage, and after a few unsatisfactory encounters with customer service he posted a video on YouTube (nearly eight million views as of today). Presenters outlined the impact and offered a white paper covering legal issues with social media. The video is a couple of fun minutes long (click the video, then see lower left side of new page).
