<p>Not entirely a show stealer, Cass was preceded during the Partnership annual meeting by Lou Zagarino of Whitehall Management Group, Ltd., the outgoing volunteer chairman who introduced his replacement Richard Morgan of CommerceFirst Bank. The evening also included an award to the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corp. as the Employer of the Year for its multiple career centers and programs around the county.</p>
