ANNAPOLIS – The county council approved use of $24 million in federal stimulus funds as part of a financing package for Cedar Hill, a 321-acre residential and flex/office industrial project.  Developer Cherrywood Development, LLC worked with the county and Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation to create a special taxing district for the designated revitalization area.
