ANNAPOLIS – Among the conclusions from the Urban Land Institute report on the future of City Dock are the following:

• Transform from auto-dominated to pedestrian focused environment
• Create more water edge to enhance arrival experience
• Create a stand-alone oversight entity for Historic Downtown and City Dock
• Mixed-use redevelopment
• And like any good consulting, ULI notes the need for further study.
