ANNAPOLIS – Biodefense company PharmAthene, Inc. has added Charles Reinhart III as senior vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for accounting and finance, human resources and information technology.  He previously held executive positions with Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Cephalon.  PharmAthene also announced that previous CFO Christopher Camut has taken a new role as vice president of government contracting and special projects.
