EASTON – The historic Tidewater Inn is changing hands and will operate under the auspices of John Wilson and Bob Greenlee, owners of the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on Kent Island.  The new venture formed as Tidewater LLC raised $2.7 million via equity, according to a Regulation D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
