COLUMBIA – The property management division of Manekin, LLC has reached a milestone with more than 10 million square feet of space under management throughout Maryland, Delaware and Northern Virginia.  The 800 tenants in the portfolio are in property types ranging from shopping centers to urban high rise buildings.
