COLUMBIA – Satellite control maker Integral Systems has acquired Chantilly-based CVG Inc. and its subsidiary Avtec Systems Inc. for $34.7 million in cash.  Integral Systems will shift the 100 or so new employees into its Products Group and expand its reach within the U.S. Department of Defense.
