COLUMBIA – Integral Systems has brought on board Major General (Ret.) H. Marshal Ward, USAF as Chief Operating Officer.  Ward has more than 40 years of experience in government, aerospace and operations in the defense and intelligence communities, including a position with BAE Systems.
