ANNAPOLIS – Because of its cleanup of a massive chemical spill, Greenberg Gibbons received a Phoenix award for excellence in brownfield redevelopment.  The developer spent $5 million to clean up the 35-acre site of Annapolis Town Centre at Parole, which was polluted by a previous dry cleaning tenant.  The U.S. EPA issued the award for the Mid-Atlantic region.
