COLUMBIA – Fortress International Group has entered into a definitive agreement with Rubicon Acquisition Company, LLC for the sale of Fortress’ Rubicon Professional Services division.  The sale for roughly $1.875 million will strengthen the firm’s balance sheet and focus it on its core competency of maintaining data and mission-critical facilities so that revenue is not affected as much by capital spending.
