COLUMBIA – Data center provider Fortress International Group said it its second quarter numbers were $14.9 million, a decline from the $20.1 million a year ago  The decrease was primarily attributed to $2.2 million in lower revenue from construction management and $2.0 million from the facilities management. Gross profit was $1.8 million, or 12.0%, compared to gross profit of $2.1 million, or 10.4%, for the second quarter of 2008.
