BALTIMORE – Brightview Senior Living is planning on breaking ground in August on Brightview South River, a 90-residence assisted living community that will include 26 apartments for Alzheimer’s care.   South of the Route 2 bridge and north of Maryland Avenue, the 3.5-acre site is part of a shopping center being developed by Regency Centers.   Some retail establishments such as Giant Food are now under construction and will be open by the end of the year.
