ANNAPOLIS – Anne Arundel Economic Development Corp. has released Q2 data showing generally lower numbers when compared to the same period last year:

-       32 new commercial construction permits, down 57 percent

-       586 new residential permits (including multi-family), up 20 percent

-       2,034 existing home sales down 12 percent

-       $362,103 average price of existing homes, down 11 percent

-       6.4 percent unemployed, up from 3.5 percent.
