HANOVER – Technology staffing firm TEKsystems, its quarterly IT Executive Outlook survey, found that only 9% of IT leaders say they have a formal, well-defined process for addressing a workforce planning strategy, and just 8% have a process for addressing future workforce planning strategies.  The numbers are slightly better when it comes to succession planning (15%).
