ANNAPOLIS – The architectural firm Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects P.A. has won three awards for its work.  From Associated Builders & Contractors, the firm had the best retail project under $5 million for Northrock; it won a second ABC award for Metro Park 8, the best commercial project ranging from $20 million to $40 million; and it also garnered the Signatures of Loudoun Design Excellence award from a Loudoun County, Va. group for the Lansdowne Town Center.
