COLUMBIA – Advanced Technology & Research Corp. has begun offering a twin panel solar tracker unit made for homeowners inclined toward “do-it-yourself” installation.  The units hold two solar panels and the tracking mechanism, which uses GPS technology to literally follow the sun and produce up to 30% more power than fixed panels.
