ANNAPOLIS – The Board of Trustees of the Anne Arundel Health System has named Chief Operating Officer Victoria W. Bayless as its new president.  She succeeds Martin L. “Chip” Doordan who will continue to serve the health system as CEO until his retirement, which is expected in spring 2011 to coincide with the opening of a new 8-story patient tower.
